Order Policy

Order Policy


All orders placed online will receive an order number with an order acknowledgement via email. This order number is used to track the delivery status.


Your order will be processed after your online credit card payment is verified and confirmed.


If you have any changes in the order or delivery, please contact our friendly customer service staff at +65 6339 2429 at least 24 hours before delivery.



Payment Policy


All prices shown are in Singapore dollars, inclusive of delivery charge.


We accept card payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may choose to pay online through our secured electronic payment gateway, or request for a customer service staff to contact you for the card details.



Delivery Policy


Each MyFlower.com.sg flower/gift is designed and delivered by our professional floral designers and delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers and unavailability of colors requested at times.


At MyFlower.com.sg, we make every effort to deliver your order on time.


Our delivery schedule is as follows:

Order placed
Monday to Friday, before 12pm
Monday to Friday, between 12-4pm
Monday to Friday, after 4pm
Saturday, before 12pm
Saturday, after 12pm
  Expected delivery
Same day, 1-6pm
Same day, 6-9pm
Next day, 10am-6pm
Same day, 1-6pm
Monday, 10am-6pm
Monday, 10am-6pm


We do not delivery to all military camps, PSA ports, Jurong Island and Airport cargo complex.


MyFlower.com.sg will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions: -

1.   Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2.   The address given is incorrect.
3.   No such person at the given address.
4.   No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.



Substitution Policy


Substitution of products like vases, baskets, plush toys, baby gift sets, food items, etc. is necessary in certain circumstances to ensure that your gift item is delivered on time.


Due to the seasonal availability of flowers and to ensure freshness, substitution may occur.


In the event of a substitution, we will ensure that the overall look and feel of the gift package is maintained as close to original as possible.


MyFlower.com.sg reserves the right to substitute any products with that of similar or higher value without prior notice.



Cancellation Policy


Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the requested time for local deliveries. In the event that the notice period falls short of 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge applies.


In the event the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed.


For orders where delivery has been attempted and incorrect delivery information is provided; such as wrong recipient name, wrong address, wrong contact number, wrong delivery date/time; the full price is applicable.


If an order is delivered and accepted by the recipient, the delivery is deemed to have been completed, and no cancellation is allowed.


Cancellation is not applicable for purchases with third party items, such as cakes, ice cream etc.

The modification, distribution, reproduction and/or republication of material on this site without prior written consent of MyFlower.com.sg is strictly prohibited.
